September 30, 2026 – Last night, Menkes Developments Ltd. (Menkes) took home the night’s most prestigious honour, being named Ontario Home Builder of the Year – Large Volume at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards. The Company was also nominated for two additional awards: Adagio for Best High Rise Logo and Project Branding and The Nautical Model Home at South Lake for Best Model Home Over 2,501 sq. ft.
From thoughtfully integrated heritage architecture at Adagio to the distinctive design of the Nautical Model Home, Menkes’ award-winning projects reflect the Company’s commitment to creating communities that complement their surroundings while making a lasting architectural statement.
“Delivering 3,200 homes in a single year is a tremendous achievement, and one we’re incredibly proud of. It reflects the strength of our teams, our partners, and our longstanding commitment to building communities at the scale our province needs. This recognition from OHBA is a testament to what can be accomplished when experience, ambition, and a shared commitment to building better come together,” said Jared Menkes, President of High Rise Residential at Menkes Developments.
